  • Warranty Policy Effective January 1st 2008

MMATS Pro Audio has always been extremely generous in honoring warranties. As you all know, we are the ONLY car audio manufacturer left that manufactures ALL their amps and ALL their subs in the U.S. As the cost of parts and shipping charges continue to rise, we find ourselves in a highly competitive market because almost all of the other car audio companies have gone overseas to have their products made at a significantly lower cost. In an effort to help keep our prices competitive and continue to support our US workers we will begin adhering strictly to our warranty policies beginning January 1st, 2008. The NEW Warranty Policy will read as follows:

  1. Amplifiers will have a 3 year limited Repair warranty. Valid Purchase Receipt is necessary for covered repair.
  2. Subwoofers will have a 1 year limited Repair warranty. Valid Purchase Receipt is necessary for covered repair.
  3. There is not an “Over the Counter” swap out to the consumer for the “P” Series Subwoofers.
  4. Components & Coaxials will have a 1 year limited Repair warranty. Valid Purchase Receipt is necessary for covered repair.
  5. Equalizers will have a 1 year limited Repair warranty. Valid Purchase Receipt is necessary for covered repair.

We have not been strict in the past about sending in purchase receipts, but beginning January 1st, 2008, a VALID Purchase Receipt will be REQUIRED and will consist of: Date of Purchase, Store Name & Location, Customer’s Name, Item Purchased and Sales Price. These items will absolutely be required if a customer wishes to have a product repaired under warranty.

With regard to Subwoofer repairs; (1) One Recone only per subwoofer will be covered under the new warranty INCLUDING burnt voice coil. Warranty is void if the subwoofer has been damaged, abused or wired improperly. Valid Purchase receipt MUST be sent in with the repair in order to be covered under warranty – no exceptions.

With regard to Amplifier repairs; warranty will be considered void if the amplifier has been tampered with or if there is evidence of corrosion or water damage or if it has been wired improperly. Valid Purchase receipt MUST be sent in with the repair in order to be covered under warranty – no exceptions.

Thank you for your past and future support.
